You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. tupelokf does not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaims any liability for any content submitted by users.

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion and without notice. If you believe that any User-Generated Content violates these Terms, please contact us at reservations@domain.

7. Payment Terms

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not affect any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the termination date.
